BRAZIL (MWP). - Wow, an enjoyable decaf coffee! Our Brazil Minas is a Mountain Water Process decaf - the best I've ever tasted. This coffee goes through a sun-drying process - allowing the beans to soak in the natural fruity orange notes from the coffee cherry before it is removed. We used a medium-dark roast which brings out some delicious spice notes in a profile that is otherwise less pronounced.
