UPDATE 11/22:

Coffee Club Friends,

Thank you for consistently supporting the Taproot mission, the Coffee Bus community, and Hickory's coffee roaster. As the cost of goods has increased universally with inflation, we are implementing creative ways to keep our prices low. The first ever change to our pricing structure is as follows:

  1. Star Rewards 6 -> 8 for a free drink

  2. Sales tax added on card transactions (previously paid by us)

*We continue to cover sales tax on cash transactions

  1. Retail coffee price increase from $15 / lb -> $16 / lb

  2. Removal of 10 oz option for retail coffee

*All other prices remain unchanged

The increase in retail coffee and 2% sales tax will total a new price of $13.06 / lb for Club members.

We are adding a benefit to the Coffee Club: 20% off ALL items at “the bus”. The new discount is automatically applied by giving the barista your name or phone number before completing a transaction.

UPDATE 06/22:

Due to a recent update in the SquareUp system, we are now able to bill on a 4 week cycle. this news means the elimination of the dreaded 5th Tuesday. We are switching on this option beginning 07/05/2022. All invoices will be sent 1 week prior to the corresponding bi-weekly delivery cycle. As always, you can text or call to skip a delivery if needed. We are exploring a “Coffee Club Portal”. In the future you will be able to manage your own delivery schedule. I hope to add more features to the portal and find creative ways to connect and benefit coffee-lovers in the area beyond the basic subscription type model we are currently using.
